CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATES

The Arkansas Department of Corrections is working with the Arkansas Department of Health on a plan to safely have limited in-person visitation at some facilities before the end of October. We understand how important visitation is for inmates and residents to maintain a bond with their families while incarcerated. We appreciate your patience during this challenging time.

Reduced Rates for Communication Remain Effective

LOWER RATES FOR PHONE CALLS, VIDEO VISITS, AND EMAILS REMAIN IN EFFECT*
As we anticipate the starting dates for limited in-person visitation at some of our facilities, we encourage you to remain in contact with your loved ones through phone calls and video visits. To help with that, our partners at Securus and HomeWAV are continuing to offer lower rates for phone calls and video visitation.

*Please note that you must be approved for regular visitation before applying for video visitation.
